Life Coaching Service

What is life coaching?  A certified professional coach is qualified to help you get your life to where you want it to be.  Life coaching is about YOU!  When you hire a life coach you are gaining someone in your corner ready to listen and strategize with you, but also ready to hold you accountable to your goals.   A life coach is armed with knowledge, experience, and tools to assist you no matter the obstacle in front of you.  

Some foundational topics covered through life coaching: 

  • Goal Setting 
  • Routine building
  • Identifying obstacles in your way
  • Time management
  • Stress management
  • Creating healthy habits
  • Starting and maintaining a medical diet (autoimmune diet or other health reason)
  • Relationships
  • Building boundaries
  • Confidence building


Life coaching sessions are YOUR time, you set the expectations and the narrative.  Each session is completely personalize to you.  


What to Expect: Sessions are scheduled for 1 hour held virtually.  Each session will begin with you stating what you want to accomplish that week and where you want to be at the end of the week.
