Life is busy and difficult. I believe in forming good habits, planning with time management, structure, routine, and finding opportunities with your current circumstances or knowing when it may be time to take a leap. I live my life in an organized way so I never have to doubt if I have reached my full potential that day and made the most of my time.
A little about me professionally, I received a B.A. from Dickinson College and had a successful career in the legal field for over 10 years before transitioning to a successful career in the federal government. I have worked with all personality types and have had to personally navigate the corporate world. I am certified as a professional coach and as a career coach. These certifications allow me to guide a person in both their personal and professional lives.
Personally, I am a wife and mother of two kids along with being a dog mom to two 9 year old rescues. As a child I was a nationally ranked swimmer and continued to be a collegiate swimmer.
I began my coaching career to help others uncover what is in their way of achieving their goals and assist in their personal and professional development. I am proud to be able to have the knowledge and experience to help set a personalized plan in motion while teaching the tools to maintain the skills in the future..
